Late Registration Fee of $30 added after - December 28, 2025

***League Dates January 14, 2026 - March 20, 2026

If Gold's Gym should close due to inclement weather, make-up dates will be 3/25, 3/26 or 3/27. Games will not be canceled unless Gold's Gym closes.

In the event of an injury...

Whether you are a seasoned player or just stepping onto the field for the first time, our league welcomes all woman to join our teams!

We offer play over multiple seasons:

During the Summer, starting in June, we offer a 7v7 (2) Divisions: Semi-Competitive, Recreational,
In the winter we partner with Golds Gym and The Net in Poughkeepsie to provide an indoor league for players of all skill levels.

We are always open to new teams and players!
