*Registration Deadline June 8, 2026

* All players MUST have a valid US Club Player Pass

*There are no part-time players for the summer league.

*7 Week Season

*Games played at 6:30 pm, Stringham Park fields or Greenvale Park fields

Please complete the required post-game report every week.

Whether you are a seasoned player or just stepping onto the field for the first time, our league welcomes all woman to join our teams!

We offer play over multiple seasons:

During the Summer, starting in June, we offer a 7v7 (2) Divisions: Semi-Competitive, Recreational,
In the winter we partner with Golds Gym and The Net in Poughkeepsie to provide an indoor league for players of all skill levels.

We are always open to new teams and players!
