The 2023 Fall Indoor League Registration is open!

Registration Opens September 3, 2023

Late Registration Fee effective September 25th.

Whether you are a seasoned player or just stepping onto the field for the first time, our league welcomes all woman to join our teams!

We offer play over multiple seasons:

During the Summer, starting in June we offer a 7v7 (2) Divisions: Semi-Competitive, Recreational,
In the winter we partner with Golds Gym and The Net in Poughkeepsie to provide an indoor league for players of all skill levels.

We are always open to new teams and players!
