Players may register for only one team.

**Late Registration fee of $30 added after May 22, 2025**

Registration Deadline June 10, 2025

Registration fee $80.00 & US CLUB PASS FEE $35.00 if needed.

Whether you are a seasoned player or just stepping onto the field for the first time, our league welcomes all woman to join our teams!

We offer play over multiple seasons:

During the Summer, starting in June, we offer a 7v7 (2) Divisions: Semi-Competitive, Recreational,
In the winter we partner with Golds Gym and The Net in Poughkeepsie to provide an indoor league for players of all skill levels.

We are always open to new teams and players!
